Love Infinity is the debut record from Los Angeles MC and producer Tru, scheduled to release on his label Homies Only, June 1, 2018. Putting together all of the production and lyrics for Love Infinity and recording the album at LA based studio Cosmic Zoo, Tru came from a place of introspection and the deepest layers that love reveals. As the same studio that's housed sessions for Kendrick Lamar, Run The Jewels, Jonwayne, and Open Mike Eagle, Tru enters the lineage of the Cosmic Zoo's history with a full body of work captured within its walls.

Hip-hop and pop music walk a fine line across Love Infinity's sound, recorded with the intent of creating a reflection to one's own life. "I want my fans to think of this project as a mirror," explains Tru. "You don’t have to be in someone else’s shoes to see yourself. I want my fans to let go of their preconceived notions of love and romance, and even what they’ve heard from me in the past. Just like a new relationship, this is a new, singular experience and should be received as such. Don’t be afraid of your thoughts and feelings when listening, that is the whole point." Tru is on full display through the album's eleven tracks, divulging both the beauty and unpredictable nature of love with a voice that's all his own.

Born and raised in Leimert Park, Tru has spread his wings across the city of LA his entire life, now attending CalArts and building his craft as a professional musician and songwriter. Recently, he's toured and opened up for some important artists in modern rap, including Raury, Joey Badass, and Kilo Kish. Close associates include his crew in Homies Only, Crystal Mec, Daylyt & Stealmybeats, Shango, Daniel D’Artiste of 1234 Creations, as well as MSFTSre.

Already excelling in multiple fields, his debut album is a summation of his life and the love he's experienced. A record where the dynamic free-for-all of personal relationships and the varying perception of what it means to experience the heartbreak of love is left out in the open. Love Infinity is life music.
